How is ZhenHub’s platform better than using spreadsheets and ERPs?

Spreadsheets don’t track changes and don’t leave paper trails. With ZhenHub, you can minimize human errors, eliminating common mistakes like double-entries and SKU naming errors. Since ZhenHub is cloud-based, there is no installation required and your data will always remain saved.

 

ERPs tend to be very costly for small and medium businesses, and typically are not specialised in inventory management. At ZhenHub, we help you scale your business and optimize your supply chain with a hands-on approach. You will have a dedicated account manager able to give you solid advice on your logistics decisions.

 

Can I connect ZhenHub to my e-Commerce platforms?

At the moment we can connect to Shopify. By September 2017, we’ll be launching integrations with Magento, WooCommerce, Kickstarter, Indiegogo and more! Subscribe if you’d like us to let you know when the integrations are ready.

Does ZhenHub provide free technical support and customer service?

Where do you have warehouses?

ZhenHub has expanded operations to 11 countries with over 30 warehouses. We have warehouses in China (Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou), Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan, USA (Central, East and West Coast), Canada, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and the United Kingdom. We are operating at full speed and expect to have warehouses in Czech Republic, Indonesia and other EU countries by the end of 2017.

What does ‘Finalize’ mean?

When you finalize an order, you are confirming that the orders our system has received are in fact accurate. You’re letting our team know that we should get ready to ship these orders in the near future. Select the orders you would like to finalize in the “Orders” tab, and then click ‘Bulk Actions’ and choose ‘Finalize’ from the drop down menu.

What’s the difference between ‘Ship’ and ‘Ship by ZhenHub’?

Some of our clients use our online platform but not our global fulfilment services. ‘Ship’ is for cases where you find your own shipping partner, then manually upload tracking information through excel or csv files.

‘Ship for ZhenHub’ is for cases when you use ZhenHub’s fulfillment services. Selecting this will let us know that we have to start packing your products.

How do I create an SKU?

There’s no fixed format for naming SKUs. Here are a few tips though:

  • never start an item number with a 0
  • Avoid letters than can be confused with numbers (I, O, L)
  • Use a few letters from your actual product so you will be able to easily look up items in pick lists. For example “Chocolate Sauce” can be SAUCH101.
How do I input my product margins?

When you ‘add a new product’ on ZhenHub, you can fill out your cost price, wholesale price and retail price. Using your inputs, ZhenHub will automatically calculate your margins.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes! All plan upgrades will take immediately and your account will be billed appropriately.

Will my customers be updated with the tracking information?

Yes, we can automate e-mails to your customers if you’d like. You will be able to customize the appearance and style of the e-mail with the option to add your own logo, choose fonts, colours and greetings.

Do you need my credit card details?

Not right now! No credit card is required for the free account, just register and get started right away. If you gradually scale up then you can subscribe to any of our plans at any time.

Which plan should I subscribe for?

The plan really depends on the growth stage of your business and how you want ZhenHub to help you. To further understand which plan to subscribe to you can contact our experts to receive a free demo and advice on which plan to subscribe to.

How does billing work?

Monthly pricing plans are billed for the upcoming month. Any pro-rata or outstanding charges from previous month will be added to your monthly subscription charge for the upcoming month.
